Self-awareness is the foundation of personal growth. Before we can build confidence, set goals, or create a peaceful life, we must first understand who we are.
In this session, students will begin exploring their identity by reflecting on their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences. They will learn the difference between who they truly are and the labels or expectations placed on them by others.
This week creates a safe space for honesty, reflection, and discovery.
